Inflammation and Genetics
Our genetics make us predisposed to certain conditions, illnesses, and behaviors. However, rarely is genetics the "trigger" that causes an illness. Instead, our environment is typically the culprit or final straw if you will, that signals to our body that it is unsafe and needs to protect itself.
Our body often uses inflammation to signal that something is out of balance. For example, inflammation is present in many diseases such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, dementia, autoimmune conditions, erectile dysfunction, and the list goes on.
What causes this inflammation? Often times it's related to the environment. Examples of this would be the chemicals we breathe as we drive on the highway, the EMF waves we experience from 5G, an unhealthy relationship, the rancid oil that most restaurants cook our food in now, etc.
What's important is that we actively do our best to minimize the environmental toxins that we are exposed to on a daily basis. By doing this, we give our body a better shot at staying healthy.
Do you think you may be experiencing inflammation? Are you curious how to eliminate environmental toxins?
